2024 Call to Convention2 min read

Dear County Delegates,

The Iron County Republican Party nominating convention will be held on Thursday, April 11th at Canyon View High School, 166 W 1925 N Cedar City, Utah 84720. Please enter the building at the southeast entrance of the building.

Credentialing begins at 5 pm and ends at 5:45 pm with the meeting beginning promptly at 6 pm. Delegates will need a valid photo ID to be credentialed for the convention. While anyone is welcome to attend, voting members for this meeting include only County Delegates. Please be on time.

The purpose of this meeting is for County Delegates to elect our party nominees for partisan county positions. This year  the only unopposed race is for County Commissioner seat “C”.

A meet and greet with the candidates will be held immediately before the meeting from 5 pm to 5:50 pm. Candidates from State and Federal elections will be in attendance who will want to meet with you during that time. We invite and encourage you to attend the meet and greet as it will be a great opportunity to speak with the candidates one on one to ask them questions about their stances on important issues.

If you have any questions please contact any of the party Executive Officers. The contact information for the Executive Officers can be found online at ironcountygop.org

We look forward to seeing you there!
