  1. Treasurer and Chair verified account balance.
  2. Discussed reformatting precincts to help better balance and organize caucus night, assigned Mrs. Eddy to speak with John Whittaker.
  3. Discussed updating the website and paying Mr. Genck, which he refused.
  4. Discussed assigning executive committee members to attend various meetings, namely county commission, city council, and water conservancy board.
  5. Discussed Lincoln Day Dinner, Feb 12 date.
  6. Next meeting May 26th.
